These terms govern your use of stock-x ("Travis", the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.
Travis provides information and decision support only. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and no output is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Markets involve risk, including loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be legally able to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe under the pricing shown at purchase. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
No unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access other users' data, no scraping or reselling of the Service's data or outputs.
The Service, its software, and branding belong to stock-x. Your portfolio data remains yours.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, stock-x is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for trading losses; our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and disconnect brokerages at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
